Job Description:

Benfarmm Private Ltd., a prominent online meat and fish supplier, is seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Boy to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of orders to our customers, providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Delivery:

Deliver customer orders accurately and on time to various locations across Kolkata.
Handle products with care to ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

Customer Interaction:

Provide friendly and courteous service to customers during delivery.
Address any customer queries or concerns professionally and promptly.

Route Planning:

Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
Use navigation tools and apps to reach delivery destinations quickly and efficiently.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
Regularly check fuel levels, tire pressure, and other essential vehicle functions.

Payment Collection:

Collect cash or digital payments from customers as per the order requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit them to the finance department.

Reporting:

Provide daily reports on deliveries made, payments collected, and any issues encountered.
Communicate any delays or challenges during deliveries to the supervisor promptly.
Other Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license.
Knowledge of local areas and routes in Kolkata.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deliveries.
Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a delivery role, preferably in e-commerce or food delivery.
Basic understanding of mobile apps used for delivery tracking and payments.
