Welcome to Benfarmm. This Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling or rescheduling orders on our platform. By placing an order with Benfarmm, you agree to adhere to the following terms.

– Order Cancellation

○ Scheduled Orders:

• • • You may cancel scheduled orders without incurring a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
    • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value.

○ Express Orders:

• • • Express orders may be cancelled without charge within 5 minutes of placing the order.
    • Cancellations requested after this period will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the order value.

○ Cancellation Conditions:

• • • For “Pay Online on Delivery” (POD) orders, Benfarmm reserves the right to recover the cancellation fee from the user in subsequent orders.
    • A cancellation fee may apply if the address provided is incorrect or falls outside our delivery zone, if there is a failure to contact you at the time of delivery, or if there is a lack of necessary information for delivery.
    • No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to issues attributable to Benfarmm.

○ Penalty and Misuse:

• • • Benfarmm reserves the right to impose penalties for frequent cancellations or misuse of this policy, including suspending or terminating the user’s ability to place future orders.

– Rescheduling of Orders

○ Scheduled Orders:

• • • You can reschedule scheduled orders up to two times, provided the rescheduling is done at least 2 hours before the original delivery slot. Rescheduling is free of charge.

○ Express Orders:

• • • Express orders may be rescheduled once, before delivery. This rescheduling is also free of charge.

– Amendments to the Policy

• • • Benfarmm reserves the right to amend or modify this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
