At Benfarmm, your satisfaction matters. Below you’ll find our easy-to-understand policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes – but timing matters.

      • Within 6 hours of placing your order or before dispatch –  You can cancel it.
      • After dispatch –  Cancellation is no longer possible.

○ Can I return a product?

Returns are accepted only if:

      • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and is only applicable for Ready to Cook Products
      • Perishable products like Raw Fish or Chicken or Meat or Eggs Return is not applicable
      • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery
      • The item is unused and in original packaging

We may arrange pickup or provide a return address depending on your location.

○ When and how do I get my refund?

Once approved, refunds are:

      • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery
      • Applicable for damaged or spoiled products
      • Refunds are not available for shape and size issues
      • Every Refund case will be validated by our team and based on the merit of the issue required action will be taken
      • Sent to your original payment method
      • Processed within 5–7 business days

We’ll notify you when your refund is initiated.

○ What about subscriptions or recurring orders?

You can pause or cancel subscriptions with 48 hours’ notice before the next delivery.
Refunds aren’t available for partially used or unused subscriptions
