Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum

As we continue to expand our services, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help us drive sales growth and market expansion.

Job Summary:
As the Regional Sales Manager at BenFarmm, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our customer base in Kolkata. You will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and ensure that our sales targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular reviews.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Sales Operations: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and manage sales budgets and resources.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand BenFarmm’s presence in Kolkata, collaborating with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events.


Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food or ecommerce industry.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Other: Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions, willingness to travel within the region as required.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.
