Return Eligibility

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • If it does not match your order in size, quantity, or type.
  • Alternatively, if it is stale or not fresh.
  • Additionally, if it has not been available as fresh catch for over 10 days.

Conditions for Return

To proceed with a return, please ensure that:

  • The item remains unused and is in its original condition as received.
  • Moreover, all parts, including the original weight as packed, are intact.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • If you wish to return it, store the item in a deep freezer until our staff arranges pickup.

Return Process

To start the return process, contact us with your receipt or proof of purchase. Subsequently, we will arrange the collection of the item from your location. Importantly, please avoid sending the item back to us directly.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your original payment method within a specified number of working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges and Replacements

We offer replacements only if we deliver the product stale or not fresh. For exchanges of the same product, please email us at support@benfarmm.com or call +91-8976911511.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, simply contact us at +91-8976911511. We will then arrange the pickup. Please note that delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel orders only before we mark them as ‘out for delivery.’ Once the status changes to ‘out for delivery,’ we do not accept cancellations. However, if you need to cancel after this status, contact our admin team at info@benfarmm.com with your reason. We will review your request at our discretion.
